With 23 years of experience in Communication, Technology, & Security Sales, I have learned so many wonderful things. I have been fortunate to have worked for some pretty awesome companies. During my 23 years I have met a lot of wonderful people, achieved great success, and have persevered through some pretty tough times in the industry. I have worked for organizations that succeeded greatness, that have added locations, purchased other organizations, and have thrived through the hurdles of very tough competition. I have also worked for organizations that have either been purchased, merged, or have went out of business. I have experienced the good the bad and the ugly.


One thing that I have noticed from every organization, I have ever worked for is that the higher position in the organization, the farther removed they are from the customer. As a CEO myself I understand that there are many aspects to running a business. However, I also understand that if there are no customers, there is no business. I make it my goal to meet with every customer that does business with Simplified Business Solutions and will keep that goal no matter how large our company grows. Simplified Business Solutions Mission is to treat our customers better than they have ever been treated. That is a tough mission. This industry has a lot of great people, and a lot of great organizations that share the same mission, however this industry also has others who are just in it to make money, and they will do that by any means necessary.


That is why I say, make this your last sales meeting. When you meet with a salesperson from a specific organization they have to sell you that organizations product no matter what. The company could have just had an outage that they are not going to tell you about in the sales meeting, the individual that you are meeting with could have just got out of a meeting that stated that they are going to be purchased, and you won’t have any clue until the official announcement goes public. I understand their position, I have been in this very position, so I am not bashing them. I know that we all need employment, and income to live by. However, my integrity could no longer take it. I could no longer sale a customer a service that I knew was not reliable, integral, or the best solution for the customer. This is why I started Simplified Business Solutions. I want to make sure customers are getting the best solutions, at the best price, with the right terms. I know the “tricks of the trade” I know the “ends and the outs” and I know the proper request that has to be made in order to get exactly what you are looking for.


Make this your last sales meeting. Make this the last time you have to deal with not knowing if you have spoken to enough people, asked enough of the right questions, and received the best solution at the best price for your business needs. From this day forth allow Simplified Business Solutions the opportunity to take care of your Communication, Technology, & Security needs. We take this part of your business very seriously and will fight to get you the best! We will be an extension of your organization, without the cost of a base salary, benefits, and office space.
